 We are looking for a
 
 professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist
 
 to manage the front desk at our Gymnastics Academy. You&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for parents and students &mdash; handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and coordinating with coaches to ensure smooth daily operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle new registrations, renewals, attendance tracking, and follow-up with parents
 </li>
 <li>
 Process payments and issue receipts while keeping records organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with coaches about schedules, student updates, and class changes
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain front desk organization and update student files (digital &amp; paper)
 </li>
 <li>
 Send reminders, announcements, and follow-up messages when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth academy flow
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills &mdash; patient, respectful, and confident in dealing with parents
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, reliable, and able to multitask during peak hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a children and family-focused environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Working Hours &amp; Days
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 6 days a week (Friday off)
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Salary &amp; Benefits
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Salary: 350 &ndash; 400 KD (based on experience)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus/commission for new student registrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Annual leave + end-of-service benefits (as per Kuwait labor law)
 </li>
