Gymnastics Academy (Kuwait)
We are looking for a
professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist
to manage the front desk at our Gymnastics Academy. You’ll be the first point of contact for parents and students — handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and coordinating with coaches to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities

Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram inquiries

Handle new registrations, renewals, attendance tracking, and follow-up with parents

Process payments and issue receipts while keeping records organized

Coordinate with coaches about schedules, student updates, and class changes

Maintain front desk organization and update student files (digital & paper)

Send reminders, announcements, and follow-up messages when required

Support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth academy flow
Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service

Strong communication skills — patient, respectful, and confident in dealing with parents

Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask during peak hours

Comfortable working in a children and family-focused environment
Working Hours & Days
-
3:30 PM to 9:00 PM
-
6 days a week (Friday off)
Salary & Benefits

Salary: 350 – 400 KD (based on experience)

Bonus/commission for new student registrations
