TheDomes.com is launching The Domes &mdash; a new immersive entertainment platform featuring multiple dome theaters designed for branded experiences, live events, sponsorships, and cultural programming. Our first flagship venue, The Domes: San Jose, is launching in Silicon Valley, California, with additional locations planned nationally.We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination</li><li>Assist with preparation for meetings, presentations, and events</li><li>Handle email, calls, and document requests as needed</li><li>Track action items and follow-ups across multiple projects</li><li>Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics</li><li>Provide limited client-facing communication when required</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role</li><li>Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable using technology and learning new tools</li><li>Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>This is not a junior administrative role</li><li>The position works closely with executive leadership</li><li>Initiative and sound judgment are essential</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply with your resume.
