This role requires a confident and proactive individual who can communicate fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu to handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential property buyers, sellers, and tenants.</li><li>Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.</li><li>Speak fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu to assist diverse clients.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the property rental or buying process.</li></ul>Property Listings &amp; Database Management<ul><li>Collect and update client details in the CRM system.</li><li>Assist in managing property listings and online advertisements.</li><li>Follow up with leads to schedule property viewings and close deals.</li></ul>Target Achievement &amp; Customer Satisfaction<ul><li>Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to maintain a strong brand reputation.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Job Requirements:&#9989; Fluency in Arabic, English &amp; Urdu (Must) &#9989; Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or real estate role (preferred) &#9989; Strong communication &amp; persuasion skills &#9989; Basic computer knowledge &amp; familiarity with CRM tools &#9989; Ability to handle high-volume calls professionallyWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary + Incentives (Based on experience &amp; performance) Remote Work &ndash; Office in PWD, Islamabad Career Growth Opportunities Exposure to UAE Real Estate MarketJoin us and grow your career in the dynamic real estate industry!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How would you rate your computer skills?</li></ul>Please rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10.<ul><li>Our working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one shift only).
