Luxury Homes Real Estate LLC, a leading real estate company in Al Ain, UAE, is looking for a Real Estate Call Center Agent to join our team at our PWD, Islamabad office. This role requires a confident and proactive individual who can communicate fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu to handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Sales Support

• Make outbound calls to potential property buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
• Speak fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu to assist diverse clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the property rental or buying process.

Property Listings & Database Management

• Collect and update client details in the CRM system.
• Assist in managing property listings and online advertisements.
• Follow up with leads to schedule property viewings and close deals.

Target Achievement & Customer Satisfaction

• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain a strong brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

✅ Fluency in Arabic, English & Urdu (Must)
✅ Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or real estate role (preferred)
✅ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools
✅ Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
