Whether bilingual or multilingual, your language skills will help us connect with a broad range of customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound customer inquiries with enthusiasm, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. </li><li>Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, promote products or services, and gather feedback to improve our offerings. </li><li>Deliver exceptional customer support by listening actively, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry skills within our CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy. </li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. </li><li>Assist in processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary, maintaining integrity and accuracy at all times. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve collective goals in a fast-paced call center environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous call center experience or customer service background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn! </li><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging with diverse customer bases. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently. </li><li>Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-energy setting. </li><li>Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to analyze situations quickly for effective problem resolution. </li><li>Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
