- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist in processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary, maintaining integrity and accuracy at all times.

Qualifications
- Previous call center experience or customer service background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging with diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
