<ul><li>Play a key role in resolving plant process issues, production optimization,and surveillance, as well as longer-term process reliability and safety challenges.
</li><li>Provide pragmatic engineering solutions to process and safety-related issues across operating facilities.
</li><li>Focus on optimizing production, improving plant reliability, and driving efficiency to achieve best business outcomes.
</li><li>Analyze plant operating data to identify actionable insights for troubleshooting, optimization, and debottlenecking.
</li><li>Support Management of Change processes, including development of scope, engineering deliverables, and coordination with other disciplines.
</li><li>Lead and participate in process incident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk reviews.
</li><li>Manage process safety risks and ensure protection barriers are maintained to deliver safe and compliant operations.
</li><li>Review and validate process and process safety engineering deliverables and documentation.
</li><li>Conduct and participate in risk assessments using PHA methodologies such as HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessments, FTA, ETA, and Bow-Tie Analysis.
</li><li>Carry out consequence analysis and modeling (dispersion, radiation, blast) using industry-standard software such as PHAST, FLACS, and Flaresim.
</li><li>Provide process safety input for new projects and facility modifications, including assessments of layouts, fire and gas systems, passive and active fire protection systems, and escape/rescue philosophies.
</li><li>Support engineering and operations teams during decommissioning, shutdown, and turnaround activities.
</li><li>Develop and update process simulation models using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Flare Analyzer, Aspen EDR, HTRI, or equivalent tools.
</li><li>Perform process equipment sizing and selection, piping hydraulics, depressurization and blowdown calculations, and relief/flare system design.
</li><li>Provide technical expertise in flow assurance, hydrate and wax management, MEG systems, and well operations support.
</li><li>Contribute to ongoing carbon reduction initiatives by providing process and safety assessments.
</li><li>Apply international standards and codes such as API, IEC, ASME, and NFPA in day-today engineering activities.
</li><li>Mentor and support early career engineers in developing process and process safety competencies.
</li><li>Report to the Process &amp; Process Safety Engineering Lead, who will oversee your performance and professional growth.</li>
</ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li>7+ years of experience in the oil &amp; gas industry as a qualified Process Engineer.
</li><li>Academic background in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in design and operation of oil and gas facilities.
</li><li>Strong organizational, planning, and technical judgment skills.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Senior Process Engineer

<ul><li>Piping System Design &amp; Engineering &ndash; Lead the development of piping layouts, isometrics, line routing, and pipe support design in accordance with ASME B31.3, B31.1, and other applicable international standards.
</li><li>Piping Stress Analysis &ndash; Perform static and dynamic analysis using CAESAR II (and other tools as required), ensuring system flexibility, stress compliance, and support adequacy.
</li><li>Flange Management &amp; Joint Integrity &ndash; Ensure correct flange rating, gasket selection, and bolting calculations per ASME B16.5, ASME PCC-1, and industry guidelines.
</li><li>Valve Engineering Support &ndash; Oversee valve selection, specification, sizing, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operations; apply relevant API and ASME standards.
</li><li>Piping Materials &amp; Specifications &ndash; Prepare and maintain Piping Material Specifications (PMS), valve datasheets, line classes, and ensure material compatibility with service conditions.
</li><li>Plant Modifications &amp; Brownfield Projects &ndash; Develop engineering deliverables (piping layouts, tie-in details, construction work packs) for small-to-medium scale modifications and upgrades.
</li><li>Operational &amp; Maintenance Support &ndash; Provide technical input to Management of Change (MoC) processes, maintenance queries, and troubleshooting of piping-related issues.
</li><li>Incident Investigation &ndash; Lead or participate in investigations of piping-related failures, leaks, or integrity concerns, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective/preventive measures.
</li><li>Engineering Reviews &amp; Site Support &ndash; Review contractor/vendor deliverables, conduct 3D model reviews, support HAZOP/HAZID workshops, and provide field engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up.
</li><li>Interdisciplinary Coordination &ndash; Work closely with process, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure piping design integration and constructability.</li>
</ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in piping design, stress analysis, and execution of EPC or O&amp;G projects.
</li><li>Proficiency in CAESAR II for stress analysis.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of piping design software (e.g., AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks).
</li><li>Deep understanding of international piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1, ASME B16 series, API standards, ASME PCC-1).
</li><li>Familiarity with pipe support design, flexibility analysis, and constructability.</li>

Senior Piping Engineer

<ul><li>Develop and review civil and structural designs for new installations, modifications, and upgrades.
</li><li>Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., STAAD.Pro).
</li><li>Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
</li><li>Ensure designs comply with international codes (e.g., API, AISC, ASCE, Eurocode) and client standards.
</li><li>Provide engineering support during construction, commissioning, and operation phases.
</li><li>Provide technical advice with calculation for the steel structure rack that support lifting and tensioning activities on site.
