<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair CRAC units and Chiller systems.
</li><li>Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system diagnostics.
</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cooling systems, compressors, condensers and control panels.
</li><li>Monitor system performance and carry out necessary adjustments for efficiency.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
</li><li>Support emergency repair tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li>Diploma/Technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience working with CRAC units and Chiller systems.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, piping, and refrigeration cycles.
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
</li><li>Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is preferred.
</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
</li><li>Experience in data centers, hospitals, or industrial cooling systems.
</li><li>Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems).</li>

HVAC Technician - Power & Machines

<ul><li>Prepare technical &amp; commercial proposals.
</li><li>Evaluating tender documents, drawings, &amp; schedules.
</li><li>Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
</li><li>Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
</li><li>Work with our sales team to professionally represent the company at a customer, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project.
</li><li>Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
</li><li>Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
</li><li>Cost analysis and estimating.
</li><li>Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
</li><li>Prepare weekly and Monthly reports to his direct manager.
</li><li>Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary
</li><li>Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
</li><li>Additional duties may be assigned, as required.</li>
</ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li>BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
</li><li>Negotiations Skills.
</li><li>Communications Skills.
</li><li>Experience of dealing with complex tenders.
</li><li>General MS Office Program skills.
</li><li>Knowledge on AutoCAD Drawing.
</li><li>2-5 Years in a similar position.
</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li>
