<ul><li>Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept design, through FEED and EPC, up to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
</li><li>Utilize expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, and system-level testing to develop sound and cost-effective electrical solutions. This includes both digital and analog circuit design.
</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and knowledge sharing. This includes conflict resolution and team building.
</li><li>Apply knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power generation, embedded systems, and sensor integration, to enhance project outcomes.
</li><li>Identify potential risks in projects in relation to the electrical discipline, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
</li><li>Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry regulations and electrical safety standards, such as the National Electric Code (NEC).
</li><li>Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and schedule tasks to optimize project workflows, ensuring that all team members are effectively utilized.
</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks and implement best practices in design.
</li><li>Work closely with clients to establish project requirements, provide cost estimations, and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
</li><li>Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies into engineering practices to enhance project outcomes.</li>
</ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
</li><li>+10 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery across various industries.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Familiarity with relevant software tools, international codes, and standards for electrical design and analysis.</li>

Lead Electrical Engineer | EPC Business Unit

<ul><li><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including counseling, handling complaints, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy guidance.
</li><li>Liaise between employees and management to promote effective communication and a healthy work environment.
</li><li>Administer compensation, benefits, and medical insurance programs and support the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance.
</li><li>Manage social insurance registrations, subscriptions, calculations, and official governmental forms (Forms 1, 2, 6) in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
</li><li>Own the full attendance management cycle, including system records, overtime calculations, lateness, absenteeism, and attendance discrepancies.
</li><li>Manage and track all types of leave (annual, sick, casual, unpaid), ensuring legal compliance and accurate balance updates.
</li><li>Prepare and validate monthly attendance and payroll-related reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
</li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, warnings, termination documents, and final settlements.
</li><li>Support recruitment activities, including interviews, background checks, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and participate in employee separation processes.
</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, files, profiles, and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
</li><li>Communicate HR policies, compensation, and benefits information clearly to employees.
</li><li>Participate in training, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
</li><li>Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</li></ul></li>
</ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h6>
<ul><li><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
</li><li>5 &ndash; 7 years of relevant HR experience in an Employee Relations / Senior HR Specialist role.
</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, attendance, and payroll support.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred).
</li><li>Very good command of English (written and spoken).</li></ul></li>
