Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and mail.</li><li>Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor and administrative requirements.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.</li><li>Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics as required.</li><li>Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements.</li><li>Support HR and administration teams with various office-related activities.</li></ul>Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.</li><li>Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.</li><li>Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and end users to understand project requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and explain HVAC solutions to clients.</li><li>Coordinate with the engineering and estimation teams to develop customized solutions.</li><li>Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions with customers.</li><li>Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales orders.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of payments and support the accounts team in receivables management.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.</li><li>Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
