Business Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
  • Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and end users to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain HVAC solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and estimation teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions with customers.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and support the accounts team in receivables management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
