Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and end users to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct product presentations and explain HVAC solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with the engineering and estimation teams to develop customized solutions.
- Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support the accounts team in receivables management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
