Mower Job DescriptionJob Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Lead / Mower to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and lawn care, with the ability to supervise and lead a small team. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal of various properties through effective mowing techniques, as well as performing additional landscaping tasks as needed.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and maintain mowing equipment to ensure efficient and effective lawn care.</li><li>Perform regular landscape maintenance, including trimming, edging, and weeding.</li><li>Supervise team members during landscaping projects to ensure quality standards are met.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping designs, including tree care and irrigation systems.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of lawns and gardens to identify issues such as pests or diseases.</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any repairs needed.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care techniques.</li><li>Experience in supervising teams within a landscaping or construction environment.</li><li>Proficient in gardening, horticulture, and tree care principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks associated with landscaping work, including lifting and operating machinery.
