Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Lead / Mower to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and lawn care, with the ability to supervise and lead a small team. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal of various properties through effective mowing techniques, as well as performing additional landscaping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mowing equipment to ensure efficient and effective lawn care.
• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including trimming, edging, and weeding.
• Supervise team members during landscaping projects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping designs, including tree care and irrigation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of lawns and gardens to identify issues such as pests or diseases.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any repairs needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care techniques.
• Experience in supervising teams within a landscaping or construction environment.
• Proficient in gardening, horticulture, and tree care principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
