About UsWe are a fast-growing moving &amp; storage / home services company focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can capture our story, showcase our work, and help us grow our online presence.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on role for someone who can film, edit, and post content consistently across social platforms. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging video content and managing day-to-day social media activity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Film day-to-day operations, job sites, team content, and customer interactions</li><li>Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Create and manage content calendars</li><li>Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)</li><li>Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement</li><li>Monitor comments/messages and engage with followers</li><li>Track performance and adjust strategy based on analytics</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on marketing ideas and campaigns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and content creation</li><li>Strong video filming and editing skills (iPhone or camera + editing software)</li><li>Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar</li><li>Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms</li><li>Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience in home services, moving, or construction industries</li><li>Paid ads experience (Meta, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Basic graphic design skills</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone proactive who doesn&rsquo;t wait to be told what to film</li><li>A storyteller who can capture real, authentic moments</li><li>Consistency and reliability in posting and execution</li><li>A mindset focused on growth and results</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
