Job Title: Non-CDL Box Truck DriverCompany: On The Spot Transportation Inc.Job Type: Full-Time / Independent ContractorJob Description:On The Spot Transportation Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to transport freight between warehouses, distribution centers, and business locations. Drivers will safely operate a 24&ndash;26 ft box truck while ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate a 24&ndash;26 ft box truck</li><li>Transport freight to warehouses and commercial locations</li><li>Load, unload, and secure cargo properly using straps or load bars</li><li>Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule</li><li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day</li><li>Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies</li><li>Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery confirmations</li><li>Report any delays, damages, or vehicle issues immediately</li><li>Keep truck clean and organized</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License (No CDL required)</li><li>Clean driving record preferred</li><li>Experience driving box trucks preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to lift and move freight when needed</li><li>Must be reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps</li><li>Must have a smartphone for communication and load updates</li><li>Knowledge of PA/NJ routes is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with dock deliveries and warehouse operations</li><li>Ability to use pallet jacks and liftgates</li><li>Experience securing freight safely for transport</li></ul>Compensation:Pay based on experience and workload. Growth opportunities available.Work Location:Based out of Allentown, PA with local and regional routes.Pay: From $1,000.00 per weekWork Location: In person
