Job Description:

On The Spot Transportation Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to transport freight between warehouses, distribution centers, and business locations. Drivers will safely operate a 24–26 ft box truck while ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 24–26 ft box truck
• Transport freight to warehouses and commercial locations
• Load, unload, and secure cargo properly using straps or load bars
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery confirmations
• Report any delays, damages, or vehicle issues immediately
• Keep truck clean and organized

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (No CDL required)
• Clean driving record preferred
• Experience driving box trucks preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move freight when needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps
• Must have a smartphone for communication and load updates
• Knowledge of PA/NJ routes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dock deliveries and warehouse operations
• Ability to use pallet jacks and liftgates
• Experience securing freight safely for transport

Compensation:

Pay based on experience and workload. Growth opportunities available.

Work Location:

Based out of Allentown, PA with local and regional routes.

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
