RBTs are the hands and feet of our mission, so we take great care in selecting individuals who demonstrate a passion for working with children and a drive for learning and growing in their leadership and professional skills.Technicians are responsible for implementing treatment plans under the direction and close mentorship of a BCBA clinician.<ul><li>This position involves center-based services only.</li><li>RBT certification and previous experience in the field of Behavior Analysis is required.</li><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is required for this position.</li><li>Previous experience in teaching, psychology, mental health and special needs also required.</li><li>Medicaid credential is NOT required, but preferred for this position.</li><li>Extensive hands-on training is provided as part of the on-boarding process.</li></ul>This position offers ongoing career focused training and performance based incentives, with ample opportunities for career advancement within the company.
