Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Aventura (clinic-based job)

The work of technicians at On & Up is extremely valuable. RBTs are the hands and feet of our mission, so we take great care in selecting individuals who demonstrate a passion for working with children and a drive for learning and growing in their leadership and professional skills.

Technicians are responsible for implementing treatment plans under the direction and close mentorship of a BCBA clinician.

• This position involves center-based services only.
• RBT certification and previous experience in the field of Behavior Analysis is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
• Previous experience in teaching, psychology, mental health and special needs also required.
• Medicaid credential is NOT required, but preferred for this position.
• Extensive hands-on training is provided as part of the on-boarding process.
