In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their treatment journey. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction and care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Administrative: Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up communications effectively. Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.</li><li>Patient Preparation: Assisting patients with pre- and post-procedure care, including explaining instructions, taking vital signs, and preparing them for treatments. Address patient's questions and concerns.</li><li>Treatment Room Management: Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
