Purpose of the Role: The Senior Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of eLearning materials and ensure learning outcomes are effectively achieved through structured, interactive, and visually engaging modules. The role involves close collaboration with the UK team and mentoring junior designers. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and storyboard digital courses using ADDIE and Bloom&rsquo;s Taxonomy frameworks.</li><li>Translate SME content into engaging and effective learning experiences. &bull; Collaborate with developers and graphic designers on module production.</li><li>Review and approve learning materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.</li><li>Mentor junior instructional designers and oversee quality standards.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience: <ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in instructional design or digital education.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent writing and visual communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of learner engagement strategies and assessment design. Senior Instructional Designer

Purpose of the Role: The Junior Instructional Designer will assist in the development of learning storyboards, assessments, and course content, supporting senior team members in producing high-quality online learning materials. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support storyboard creation based on SME-provided materials.</li><li>Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments.</li><li>Format and prepare e-learning materials using Articulate Rise and Storyline.</li><li>Conduct proofreading and consistency checks.</li><li>Manage version control and contribute to content documentation. Required Skills and Experience: </li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Articulate 360.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and English communication skills.</li><li>Enthusiasm for creative learning technologies.</li></ul>Desirable Qualifications: Graduate degree in Education, Communication, or a related discipline. Junior Instructional Designer

Purpose of the Role: The Graphic Designer / Multimedia Artist will produce high-quality visual assets, animations, and infographics to support the creation of Onboard Maritime&rsquo;s eLearning courses. The designer will ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and enhance learning effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design layouts, icons, infographics, and screen templates for Storyline and Rise.</li><li>Develop and edit multimedia assets (graphics, images, animations).</li><li>Collaborate with instructional designers to visualise course content.</li><li>Maintain a central library of reusable design assets.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand and accessibility standards.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience: <ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.</li><li>Excellent sense of colour, layout, and digital design.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Fine Arts.
