Purpose of the Role:
The Graphic Designer / Multimedia Artist will produce high-quality visual assets, animations, and infographics to support the creation of Onboard Maritime’s eLearning courses. The designer will ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and enhance learning effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design layouts, icons, infographics, and screen templates for Storyline and Rise.
  • Develop and edit multimedia assets (graphics, images, animations).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to visualise course content.
  • Maintain a central library of reusable design assets.
  • Ensure consistency with brand and accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Excellent sense of colour, layout, and digital design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Fine Arts.
Reporting To: Project Manager / Learning Operations Lead
Salary: TBC Benefits & Employment Conditions:
