We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Newborn Home Care Nurse to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-home nursing care and support for newborns and postpartum mothers, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for recovery and bonding.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide in-home nursing care for newborns, including monitoring vital signs and feeding</li><li>Educate and support new parents on infant care, breastfeeding, hygiene, and safety</li><li>Assess and document the baby's development and health status</li><li>Provide postpartum support and education for mothers, including wound care and emotional support</li><li>Collaborate with pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and other healthcare professionals as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and care reports</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>AN or certified professional</li><li>Experience in neonatal, pediatric, or maternity care (1+ years preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a home environment</li><li>CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
