Newborn Home Care Nurse (Assistant Nurse)

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Newborn Home Care Nurse to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-home nursing care and support for newborns and postpartum mothers, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for recovery and bonding.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home nursing care for newborns, including monitoring vital signs and feeding
• Educate and support new parents on infant care, breastfeeding, hygiene, and safety
• Assess and document the baby's development and health status
• Provide postpartum support and education for mothers, including wound care and emotional support
• Collaborate with pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and care reports

Qualifications:

• AN or certified professional
• Experience in neonatal, pediatric, or maternity care (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a home environment
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
