You'll split your time between:1. Marketing Associate2. Therapy Assistant (Patient Support)This position is ideal for someone who loves blending strategy and creativity withmeaningful human interaction.** Marketing Associate Responsibilities&#61623; Monitor and adjust ongoing marketing campaigns across digital platforms&#61623; Track marketing KPIs and ROI to optimize engagement and conversion&#61623; Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram,Facebook, YouTube, etc.)&#61623; Edit video content for patient education, brand storytelling, and campaignassets&#61623; Stay on top of current marketing trends and tools&#61623; Collaborate with our internal team to align marketing with patient outcomes&#61623; No prior professional experience required&mdash;training available through OneDegree Functional Health**Therapy Assistant Responsibilities&#61623; Assist with therapy administration and patient care (e.g., administer decomp,wave, laser / train and educate on balance, vibration, and stretches / hold patientaccountable for home therapies)&#61623; Provide warm, friendly, and consistent patient support&#61623; Help track therapy and victories patients experience throughout programs&#61623; Act as a liaison between the clinical and marketing teams to share patientsuccess stories (with consent)**Who You Are&#61623; Social, empathetic, and relatable&mdash;you love people and they love you back&#61623; Hungry to learn new tools, systems, and strategies&#61623; Creatively driven and comfortable working with media (especially video)&#61623; Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities&#61623; Passionate about health, wellness, and purposeful work**Preferred (But Not Required)&#61623; Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI&#61623; Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads&#61623; Comfort using spreadsheets or analytics dashboards (basic training provided)** What We Offer&#61623; Hands-on training and mentorship from our marketing and clinical teams&#61623; The chance to make a real impact in a growing functional health practice&#61623; Opportunities for growth in either or both tracks (marketing &amp;amp; patient care)&#61623; A community-focused team that values authenticity, growth, and holistic careTo Apply:Please send your resume and cover letter, emphasizing how your strengths align withthe available position.
