About the Role

One Degree Functional Health is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and people-oriented team member to join us in a dual-capacity role. You'll split your time between:

1. Marketing Associate

2. Therapy Assistant (Patient Support)

This position is ideal for someone who loves blending strategy and creativity with

meaningful human interaction.

** Marketing Associate Responsibilities

 Monitor and adjust ongoing marketing campaigns across digital platforms

 Track marketing KPIs and ROI to optimize engagement and conversion

 Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

 Edit video content for patient education, brand storytelling, and campaign

assets

 Stay on top of current marketing trends and tools

 Collaborate with our internal team to align marketing with patient outcomes

 No prior professional experience required—training available through One

Degree Functional Health

**Therapy Assistant Responsibilities

 Assist with therapy administration and patient care (e.g., administer decomp,

wave, laser / train and educate on balance, vibration, and stretches / hold patient

accountable for home therapies)

 Provide warm, friendly, and consistent patient support

 Help track therapy and victories patients experience throughout programs

 Act as a liaison between the clinical and marketing teams to share patient

success stories (with consent)

**Who You Are

 Social, empathetic, and relatable—you love people and they love you back

 Hungry to learn new tools, systems, and strategies

 Creatively driven and comfortable working with media (especially video)

 Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities

 Passionate about health, wellness, and purposeful work

**Preferred (But Not Required)

 Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI

 Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads

 Comfort using spreadsheets or analytics dashboards (basic training provided)
