 The HR Business Partner will understand their client&rsquo;s mission, vision, values and operational objectives in order to anticipate client oriented HR strategies and programs necessary to achieve the company&rsquo;s goals. Position and maintain our client as an industry leader by defining and operationalizing the HR strategy.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

   Provides, through our team, innovative, cost-effective HR strategies to clients in all service areas including strategy, coaching, market intelligence, compensation, performance management, counseling, strategic employee relations issues, training, recruitment, compliance and risk management. Deliver any of the above services to the client to exceed client expectation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engages with client on a regular basis to discover their business mission, vision, values, goals, and key measurements. Understands their strategic business goals, knows their products and services. Uses this information in order to promote the HR strategy and tactics to support these goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Expands on ideas that client identifies; educates and suggests various means of design and implementation of human resource strategies, programs or processes that will enhance the effectiveness of the business. Is viewed by clients as thought leader in the HR field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages the client relationship ensuring client delight with expectations, process, deliverables and service. Delivers ongoing project management to ensure deliverables are met on a timely and quality basis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverages own and team resources/time to meet target utilization and realization rates as defined by management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively seek knowledge expertise in the HR environment as well as general business trends and practices. Shares this expertise with others and with our Best Practices Library.
  </li>
  <li>
   Determines necessary resource requirements for client engagement and communicates these needs to the Managing Director for resource allocation. Leads team to deliver on time, quality deliverables. Provides functional management and performance feedback to assigned resources.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for Insight&rsquo;s book of business working independently and in concert with the company calendar and team protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promotes the Insight/OneDigital brand by regularly and actively attending networking and HR thought leadership events.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cross-sells/up-sells other services to promote Insight as a &ldquo;one stop&rdquo; HR solution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages retainer or project budget for each client on a monthly and ongoing basis. Ensures clear communication to client on services included in the original contract and prepares and delivers additional service agreements prior to commencement of new work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages monthly client billing ensuring accurate time and expenses are tracked and recorded and invoice is accurate prior to delivery.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responds to client requests on a timely basis, ensuring accurate, appropriate information.
  </li>
  <li>
   Actively participates in Insight culture, initiatives, and meetings providing ideas, expertise and open feedback in the process. Engage in and model our values.
  </li>

   Leads or participates in internal project work such as surveys, trade shows, newsletters, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

   Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvements and management development. MBA preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least five years of related experience in a consulting, leadership, supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to retain clients and deliver results.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience coaching senior management is essential, with demonstrated program development expertise.
  </li>
  <li>
   Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
