Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral &amp; Maxillofacial Surgeon with expertise in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced cosmetic and surgical procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and delivering optimal aesthetic outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform FUE/FUT hair transplant procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct PRP therapy for hair restoration.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform facial aesthetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, Thread lifts &ndash; if trained).</li></ul><ul><li>Diagnose and treat scalp and facial conditions related to hair loss.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct minor surgical procedures related to maxillofacial aesthetics.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure pre-operative and post-operative patient care.</li></ul>Patient Consultation:<ul><li>Conduct detailed patient assessments and medical history evaluation.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Educate patients about procedures, risks, recovery, and expected outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Obtain informed consent before procedures.</li></ul>Surgical &amp; Safety Standards:<ul><li>Maintain aseptic protocols and infection control standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle surgical instruments and equipment properly.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor patient vitals during procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage complications, if any.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Maintain accurate patient records.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with medical laws and clinic policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow ethical and professional medical practices.</li></ul>Team Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with dermatologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff.</li></ul><ul><li>Train and supervise technicians in hair transplant procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Support clinic growth through patient satisfaction and quality service.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>MDS in Oral &amp; Maxillofacial Surgery (Mandatory).</li></ul><ul><li>Valid medical registration.</li></ul><ul><li>Certification/Training in Hair Transplant procedures (Preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;5+ years experience in aesthetic or hair transplant field (Preferred).</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Expertise in FUE technique.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong surgical and hand-eye coordination skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle high patient volume.</li></ul>Working Hours:As per clinic schedule (including weekends if required).Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
