Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with expertise in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced cosmetic and surgical procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and delivering optimal aesthetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Perform FUE/FUT hair transplant procedures.

• Conduct PRP therapy for hair restoration.

• Perform facial aesthetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, Thread lifts – if trained).

• Diagnose and treat scalp and facial conditions related to hair loss.

• Conduct minor surgical procedures related to maxillofacial aesthetics.

• Ensure pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Patient Consultation:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and medical history evaluation.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Educate patients about procedures, risks, recovery, and expected outcomes.

• Obtain informed consent before procedures.

Surgical & Safety Standards:

• Maintain aseptic protocols and infection control standards.

• Handle surgical instruments and equipment properly.

• Monitor patient vitals during procedures.

• Manage complications, if any.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate patient records.

• Ensure compliance with medical laws and clinic policies.

• Follow ethical and professional medical practices.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with dermatologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff.

• Train and supervise technicians in hair transplant procedures.

• Support clinic growth through patient satisfaction and quality service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Mandatory).

• Valid medical registration.

• Certification/Training in Hair Transplant procedures (Preferred).

• 1–5+ years experience in aesthetic or hair transplant field (Preferred).

Required Skills:

• Expertise in FUE technique.

• Strong surgical and hand-eye coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to handle high patient volume.

Working Hours:

As per clinic schedule (including weekends if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
