The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the organizations growth strategy by owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and overseeing core HR operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to forecast and fulfill short-term and long-term talent needs, while driving efficient HR processes and people practices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and ensure quality talent alignment with organizational requirements</li><li>Lead and manage the entire recruitment value chain, ensuring timely and effective hiring delivery</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Plan, organize, and control HR operations to drive efficiency and compliance</li><li>Contribute to and execute HR department strategies, objectives, and systems</li><li>Oversee and analyze exit interviews, providing actionable insights to leadership</li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, MIS, and reporting dashboards</li><li>Lead and participate in HR and leadership meetings as required</li><li>Recommend, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and best practices</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to proactively address employee relations and organizational issues</li><li>Escalate and resolve complex people-related challenges in consultation with senior leadership</li><li>Lead and continuously improve employee induction and onboarding programs</li><li>Guide, mentor, and support junior HR team members to ensure effective execution</li></ul>Key Prerequisites<ul><li>Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to create, interpret, and derive insights from HR reports and data</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li><li>Experience working under high-growth or high-pressure organizational setups</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Qualification, Experience &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience in HR (Major focus in Bulk Hiring)</li><li>CTC: 4 LPA 6 LPA</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

ROLE SUMMARY:To provide legal counsel to the Organizations businesses and functions by providing end-to end contract management; advising on regulatory compliances, handling litigation, and ensuring that the Organisations operations are conducted within the applicable legal framework.ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>End-to-End Contract Management i.e., Negotiating, Drafting, Reviewing and Monitoring agreements throughout its lifecycle.</li><li>Provide day-to-day legal advice to business units, operations and HR Teams.</li><li>Manage litigation, arbitration and other regulatory proceedings. Co-ordinate with external counsels, support in strategizing legal defense and assist in preparation of relevant legal documents.</li><li>Interpret laws, regulations and guidelines applicable upon the Organization and assist Management in ensuring compliance. Ensure smooth functioning of legal matters in various Courts.</li><li>Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Organization. Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develop and oversee a system for uniform handling of such violations.</li><li>Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on implications.</li><li>Identify potential legal risks in business proposals and suggest mitigating measures.</li><li>Liaise with Regulatory Bodies, Governmental and Statutory Authorities as required.</li><li>Ensure relevant stakeholder and external counsel management.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must be an LLB/LLM with minimum 3 years of experience.</li><li>Strong Knowledge of Commercial, Financial, Corporate and Labour Laws and Regulations.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation and Analytical Skills.</li><li>Strong inter-personal and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
