The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the organizations growth strategy by owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and overseeing core HR operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to forecast and fulfill short-term and long-term talent needs, while driving efficient HR processes and people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and ensure quality talent alignment with organizational requirements
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment value chain, ensuring timely and effective hiring delivery
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Plan, organize, and control HR operations to drive efficiency and compliance
- Contribute to and execute HR department strategies, objectives, and systems
- Oversee and analyze exit interviews, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, MIS, and reporting dashboards
- Lead and participate in HR and leadership meetings as required
- Recommend, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to proactively address employee relations and organizational issues
- Escalate and resolve complex people-related challenges in consultation with senior leadership
- Lead and continuously improve employee induction and onboarding programs
- Guide, mentor, and support junior HR team members to ensure effective execution
Key Prerequisites
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to create, interpret, and derive insights from HR reports and data
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience working under high-growth or high-pressure organizational setups
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualification, Experience & Compensation
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR (Major focus in Bulk Hiring)
- CTC: 4 LPA 6 LPA
