Role Summary The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers in the facility, monitoring the pool, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies in line with Elite&rsquo;s Health &amp; Safety protocols.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Continuously scan the pool during class and free times to identify potential risks.</li><li>Enforce pool safety rules (e.g., no glass on deck, no running, capacity limits, whistle commands) per Safety Protocols (Section 6).</li><li>Be ready to respond immediately in case of an emergency: know the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), location of rescue equipment, first-aid kit, etc.</li><li>Administer first aid and CPR when necessary. Role Summary Handles the backbone of the academy&rsquo;s operations: managing student records, scheduling, communication, compliance, and facility coordination. Reports to the Facility (or Admin) Supervisor.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate student records: registration forms, medical waivers, attendance, incident reports. Ensure records are stored both digitally (ERP) and, if needed, physically.
