Role Summary The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers in the facility, monitoring the pool, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies in line with Elite&rsquo;s Health &amp; Safety protocols.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Continuously scan the pool during class and free times to identify potential risks.</li><li>Enforce pool safety rules (e.g., no glass on deck, no running, capacity limits, whistle commands) per Safety Protocols (Section 6).</li><li>Be ready to respond immediately in case of an emergency: know the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), location of rescue equipment, first-aid kit, etc.</li><li>Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
