We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and performance-driven <b>Enterprise Account Manager</b> to own and grow relationships with our top 60-80 brand and agency accounts. This role is responsible for driving annual order booking by deepening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent campaign sales and renewals from existing clients.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate is a strategic seller &mdash; someone who understands sales and account management, knows how to translate brand objectives into creator-led campaigns, and can build long-term trust with senior marketing stakeholders.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Account Ownership:</b> Manage a portfolio of ~50 enterprise brands and agencies across India, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs.</li><li><b>
Revenue Growth:</b> Drive an annual order book through repeat campaigns, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts.</li><li><b>
Client Engagement:</b> Meet key clients every month to strengthen relationships, present new solutions, and close ongoing opportunities.</li><li><b>
Opportunity Mining:</b> Identify new briefs, seasonal campaigns, and category-level initiatives to expand revenue from each client.</li><li><b>
Collaboration:</b> Work closely with Campaign Managers, the Creator Supply team, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li><b>
Reporting &amp; Forecasting:</b> Maintain a strong sales pipeline, weekly forecasts, and accurate CRM hygiene to ensure transparency and predictability in revenue.</li><li><b>
Strategic Input:</b> Provide market and client insights to the leadership team to shape product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.</li><li><b>
Customer Success:</b> Ensure retention and repeat orders by driving measurable outcomes and client delight across all campaigns.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
4-8 years of experience in <b>Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Key Account Handling</b></li><li>
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets.</li><li>
Strong understanding of brand marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital campaign workflows.</li><li>
Excellent relationship-building skills with CXO / marketing decision-makers.</li><li>
Data-driven with experience in using CRM tools for forecasting and reporting.</li><li>
Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month to meet clients across India.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
