About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our top 60-80 brand and agency accounts. This role is responsible for driving annual order booking by deepening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent campaign sales and renewals from existing clients.
The ideal candidate is a strategic seller — someone who understands sales and account management, knows how to translate brand objectives into creator-led campaigns, and can build long-term trust with senior marketing stakeholders.

Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of ~50 enterprise brands and agencies across India, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs.

Revenue Growth: Drive an annual order book through repeat campaigns, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts.

Client Engagement: Meet key clients every month to strengthen relationships, present new solutions, and close ongoing opportunities.

Opportunity Mining: Identify new briefs, seasonal campaigns, and category-level initiatives to expand revenue from each client.

Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers, the Creator Supply team, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, weekly forecasts, and accurate CRM hygiene to ensure transparency and predictability in revenue.

Strategic Input: Provide market and client insights to the leadership team to shape product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Customer Success: Ensure retention and repeat orders by driving measurable outcomes and client delight across all campaigns.

4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Key Account Handling

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets.

Strong understanding of brand marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital campaign workflows.

Excellent relationship-building skills with CXO / marketing decision-makers.

Data-driven with experience in using CRM tools for forecasting and reporting.

Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month to meet clients across India.
