 Job Description &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collecting, classifying and preparing financials within the framework of the budget calendar, completing the deficiencies, with relevant departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating IFRS Financial Statements and footnotes quarterly and working in coordination with the audit team,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing sales, expense, trial balance and profitability reports by controlling the closing process, checking their accuracy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Questioning the differences with the estimation by making the actual profitability analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting financial and operational analyzes, preparing periodic reports for decision makers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing long-term projections, making sensitivity analyzes for important variables,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up and reporting monthly budget and actual deviations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Making profitability and investment analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Carrying out month-end controls as part of the financial control system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Submitting and tracking month-end IFRS records in the system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being responsible for Ad-Hoc project &ndash; profitability analysis,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in (Economics, Business Administration or Engineering with a master's degree from these departments)
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an independent audit company,
 </li>
 <li>
 With strong knowledge of IFRS,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of MS Office Programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work result-oriented, having an analytical mindset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prone to teamwork with strong communication skills.

 Develop and manage data strategies that support the business goals of the agency and its client brands,

 Ensure integration of data from multiple sources (digital media, CRM, campaign performance, social media, sales, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and manage data visualization, reporting, and dashboard processes (e.g., Looker),
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with relevant teams (Account Management, Media Planning, Creative, Technology) to support data-driven decision-making,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data security, accuracy, and accessibility,
 </li>

 Lead and develop a team of data analysts and reporting specialists.

 Advanced proficiency in Looker or similar data visualization tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with SQL, Python, or R for data processing and analysis,

 Knowledge of big data sources and cloud-based solutions (Google Cloud, Google BigQuery),

 Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
