Job Description & Responsibilities
  
- 
   Develop and manage data strategies that support the business goals of the agency and its client brands,
  
- 
   Ensure integration of data from multiple sources (digital media, CRM, campaign performance, social media, sales, etc.),
  
- 
   Design and manage data visualization, reporting, and dashboard processes (e.g., Looker),
  
- 
   Generate insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends,
  
- 
   Collaborate with relevant teams (Account Management, Media Planning, Creative, Technology) to support data-driven decision-making,
  
- 
   Ensure data security, accuracy, and accessibility,
  
- 
   Lead and develop a team of data analysts and reporting specialists.
  
   Required Skills & Experience
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field,
  
- 
   Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence/analytics, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment,
  
- 
   Advanced proficiency in Looker or similar data visualization tools,
  
- 
   Strong experience with SQL, Python, or R for data processing and analysis,
  
- 
   Knowledge of big data sources and cloud-based solutions (Google Cloud, Google BigQuery),
  
- 
   Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
  
- 
   Proven leadership in team management, project planning, and communication,
  
- 
   Innovative, detail-oriented, and results-driven working approach.
