Summary of the role:The role will provide necessary administrative support to internal teams and Executives while working remotely. Specifically, the scope of work of the VC service.Requirements:<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry</li><li>Bachelor's degree holder</li><li>Provided support to international clients</li><li>Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development</li><li>Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients</li><li>Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment</li><li>Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams</li><li>Handled a team of at least 15 FTEs is an advantage</li></ul>Work setup: Hybrid with 3x onsite and 2x WFH Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 6AM-3PMJob Type: Full-timePay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
