Summary of the role:

The role will provide necessary administrative support to internal teams and Executives while working remotely. Specifically, the scope of work of the VC service.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Provided support to international clients
  • Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams
  • Handled a team of at least 15 FTEs is an advantage

Work setup: Hybrid with 3x onsite and 2x WFH
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 6AM-3PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
