About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Virtual Executive Assistant
to provide remote administrative and operational support during weekends. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values flexibility and autonomy.
You will play a key role in keeping our leadership team organized, informed, and focused by managing communications, scheduling, and special projects that require attention over the weekend.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and weekend schedules.

Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of weekend tasks and deliverables.

Conduct online research, summarize findings, and prepare concise briefs.

Assist with personal administrative tasks such as reservations and travel planning.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Communicate with team members to support smooth weekend operations and transitions into the workweek.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (remote experience preferred).

Availability: Must be available to work consistently on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Organization: Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Notion, or Asana.

Professionalism: Reliable, discreet, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Working Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday: 16 hours total or 8 hours / day

Monday & Tuesday: 8 hours total or 4 hours /day
