The Marketing Creative Specialist is a design-first, creatively driven marketing professional who transforms strategic campaign direction into compelling creative, content, and multi-channel execution across digital, print, and experiential platforms. This role blends strong graphic design skills with hands-on content and digital execution, bringing marketing strategy to life through visually compelling, on-brand creative.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Creative &amp; Design Execution</div><ul><li>
Design and produce creative assets including:<ul><li>
Email graphics and layouts</li><li>
Website banners and landing page visuals</li><li>
Social media graphics and short-form content</li><li>
Paid ad creative</li><li>
Catalog layouts and supporting materials (as assigned)</li><li>
Tradeshow signage and promotional materials</li></ul></li><li>
Ensure visual consistency across all channels and brand touchpoints</li><li>
Edit and optimize photography for web, email, video, and digital content</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Content &amp; Campaign Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Execute content aligned to marketing strategy and seasonal campaigns</li><li>
Own monthly social content calendar creation and execution stemming from leadership strategy</li><li>
Create and support seasonal campaigns, vendor features, and brand storytelling initiatives</li><li>
Film, edit, and revise short-form video content (reels, animations)</li><li>
Write captions, light marketing copy, and asset-level messaging</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Email &amp; Digital Marketing Support</b></div><ul><li>
Build marketing emails from templates (design, layout, visual)</li><li>
Support ActiveCampaign campaigns and automation workflows</li><li>
Design landing page visuals and copy blocks and coordinate handoff to IT</li><li>
Apply understanding of visuals and messaging that drive engagement and conversion</li></ul><div><b>
Collaboration &amp; Workflow Ownership</b></div><ul><li>
Manage creative workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Buying, Customer Service, and vendor partners</li><li>
Support vendor creative needs, artwork, and campaign assets</li><li>
Contribute to maintaining an organized imagery and asset pipeline</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

On-time delivery of creative assets</li><li>
Creative quality and brand consistency</li><li>
Effective execution of campaigns across channels</li><li>

Qualifications</b></div><div>
Required</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field</li><li>
5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative marketing</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>
Experience designing for email, web, and digital campaigns</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li></ul><div>
Preferred</div><ul><li>
Experience with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred)</li><li>
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic landing page structure</li><li>
Experience creating social content and short-form video</li><li>
Understanding of print production processes</li><li>
