As our outpatient, private practice continues to grow, we&rsquo;re seeking a fully licensed Psychiatric NP who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, high-quality care&mdash;without the stress of managing scheduling or insurance burdens. This role involves providing high-quality psychiatric medication management services via telemedicine or from our fully furnished offices. You will serve clients across Pennsylvania and/or Maryland or other licensed states.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services</li><li>Deliver care through a telemedicine platform in an office-based environment</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania and/or Maryland (required)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mental health field</li><li>Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently</li><li>Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms</li><li>Willingness to work from both office locations preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time or Part-time hoursBenefits: Flexible scheduling optionsLicense/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner License (required)Work Location: Hybrid - In person and remotePay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you commute to Greencastle, PA OR Jefferson, MD for a hybrid position?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Psych NP license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greencastle, PA 17225
