Breakthrough Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As our outpatient, private practice continues to grow, we’re seeking a fully licensed Psychiatric NP who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, high-quality care—without the stress of managing scheduling or insurance burdens. This role involves providing high-quality psychiatric medication management services via telemedicine or from our fully furnished offices. You will serve clients across Pennsylvania and/or Maryland or other licensed states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Deliver care through a telemedicine platform in an office-based environment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania and/or Maryland (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mental health field
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms
• Willingness to work from both office locations preferred

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time hours

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
