The primary purpose of the Cashier is to directly interact with customers and provide fast and friendly customer service while maintaining a clean safe environment
Customer Service:
Greets every customer in a quick and courteous manner. Provides a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. Handles all customer complaints according to company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains product knowledge and provides customers with product recommendations
Cash Handling:
General knowledge of all point-of-sale equipment. Processes customer sales accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures. Performs till balancing as per company procedures at the start and end of each shift. Ensures cash drawer levels are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures
Stock Control:
Receives and stocks all merchandise in accordance with company policy. Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds following proper lifting procedures. Ensures stock is faced up, clean and presentable at all times. Apply the FIFO (first in first out) system, when receiving or stocking any product. Ensures all damaged and/or out of date stock is removed, accurately recorded and placed in designated quarantine area. Follows portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize loss.
Security &amp; Loss Prevention:
Maintains full control of the store and its contents at all times using prevention techniques as per company to minimize loss (i.e. drive offs or retail theft etc). Follows company policies and procedures for securing the premises upon end of day closure.
Cleanliness:
Maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Cleans in accordance with the Onvo&rsquo;s/brand specific sanitary standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, counters, tables and service equipment. Cleans the customer service area by removing trash, cleaning restrooms and the parking lot
Teamwork &amp; Communication:
Works effectively with others (individuals and departments) in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner. Helps other team members in their duties and assists new associates in learning their new job skills. Communicates any issues of concerns and ensures all internal matters are presented to GM in a timely manner
Occupational Health &amp; Safety:
Performs all duties in a safe and responsible manner to assure workers, customers, suppliers/contractors and the environment are not at risk. Comply with all company safety policies, procedures and instructions. Uses materials handling procedures and equipment provided to minimize contamination or injury. Reports to management any unsafe practice or condition and follows all Onvo safety initiatives

</h2>Job Summary:
Housekeepers handle all aspects of room turnover; ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Brand standards prior to guest check in. This includes removing and replenishing room linen, restocking guest amenities, and managing additional housekeeping tasks. This position is responsible for communicating with the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager and the front desk team on any damages or deficits in the room, equipment inadequacies, and guest requests. Must be customer-oriented and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Receive list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritize rooms.
</li></ul><ul><li>Clean, stock and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Brand and Company Standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Check the inventory of cleaning cart and add necessary supplies; transport cart to assigned
</li></ul>floor/rooms.
<ul><li>Always ensure privacy of guests.

</li></ul><ul><li>Dust, polish furniture and remove marks /stains from walls and furnishing.
</li></ul><ul><li>Vacuum carpets and clean floors
</li></ul><ul><li>Notify maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure room meets hotel standards with final walk around.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure soiled linens are laundered, which may include loading hotel washers and dryers and

</h2>To serve as the face of our business and senior management&rsquo;s connection with our guests. We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests
</li><li>by providing accurate and timely information and services.
</li><li>Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, directions, local attractions, and guest concerns.
</li><li>Greets and completes established check-in procedures for arriving guests daily, using computerized methods to ensure guest satisfaction in the rooms requested.
</li><li>Perform guest departure (check-out) daily by following computer procedures to close guest accounts and ensure accuracy on the folio.
</li><li>Corrects any problems that may have been added to the folio to ensure a satisfied guest at check-out.
</li><li>Regularly calculates and/or posts monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit using accurate, proper cash handling methods to present the customer with timely and precise hotel charges upon check-out and maintain accurate hotel records.
</li><li>Answers questions and accepts reservations, both in person and by telephone, by communicating hotel rates and information by using suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
</li><li>Maintains good customer relations by answering questions and taking care of customers concerns in a timely and knowledgeable manner, in person and on the phone.
</li><li>Operates the telephone equipment by accepting incoming calls, assisting in-house calls to get to the correct department in a timely manner, scheduling and setting wake-up calls and setting requests to provide guests with timely and efficient service.
</li><li>Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for transactions during the shift.
</li><li>Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor always.
</li><li>Performs the shift check list to ensure accuracy of all aspects of the shift.
</li><li>Process all guest mail, messages, and faxes by receiving, sorting notifying, and distributing to mailboxes and to guests to ensure the information is received in a timely manner.
</li><li>Maintains the front desk logbook to enhance the department communication and communicates any problems to the next shift coming in and the supervisor
</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul><li>Must be willing to cover shifts when needed.
</li><li>Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
