Job Summary:
Housekeepers handle all aspects of room turnover; ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Brand standards prior to guest check in. This includes removing and replenishing room linen, restocking guest amenities, and managing additional housekeeping tasks. This position is responsible for communicating with the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager and the front desk team on any damages or deficits in the room, equipment inadequacies, and guest requests. Must be customer-oriented and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and a friendly attitude
