Job Title: MEP Engineer (Mechanical)We are looking for a qualified MEP Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare as-built AutoCAD drawings after project completion</li><li>Develop and update mechanical and MEP drawings</li><li>Assist with material estimation and quantity take-offs for required works</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to verify installed works</li><li>Review mechanical systems and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions</li><li>Support documentation and handover requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Experience as an MEP / Mechanical Engineer</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (MEP &amp; Mechanical drawings)</li><li>Basic to intermediate experience in material estimation</li><li>Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and as-built conditions</li><li>Good attention to detail and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in building, fit-out, or construction projects</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month

MEP Engineer (Mechanical Background)

Job Title: Civil Engineer (Cost Estimation &amp; Quantity Surveying)We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer who is also skilled in cost estimation and quantity surveying to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil and construction works</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings</li><li>Monitor project costs and assist with cost control</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements</li><li>Support project planning, procurement, and site coordination</li><li>Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and site teams as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local standards</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Proficiency in estimation and measurement software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in building and fit-out projects</li><li>Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
