Civil Eng. Estimator / Building Estimator

Job Title: Civil Engineer (Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer who is also skilled in cost estimation and quantity surveying to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil and construction works
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings
• Monitor project costs and assist with cost control
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Support project planning, procurement, and site coordination
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and site teams as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in estimation and measurement software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building and fit-out projects
• Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
