Architectural supervising engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Supervising Engineer with strong experience in fit-out and interior works to supervise architectural activities on site. The candidate will ensure that all fit-out works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules, particularly within high-rise, commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural fit-out works including finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, and façade interfaces
• Ensure fit-out works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and design intent
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples
• Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services during fit-out
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and progress
• Identify and resolve site issues related to fit-out execution
• Ensure compliance with local authority, fire & safety, and quality standards
• Prepare inspection requests, snag lists, and progress reports
• Attend coordination and site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of fit-out activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience, with proven fit-out supervision experience
• Strong background in high-rise, commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and detailing
• Familiarity with authority approvals, fire life safety requirements, and handover procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• GCC / Qatar fit-out project experience
• Experience with luxury or high-end interiors
• Consultant or PMC background
