Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Site Engineer with strong knowledge in interior fit-out works to manage and supervise projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely completion of projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects</li><li>Coordinate with design team, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Handle site inspections, snagging, and quality control</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion</li><li>Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics</li><li>Liaise with consultants and authorities (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.)</li><li>Prepare site reports and progress updates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Fit-Out (UAE experience mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and detailing</li><li>Ability to read and understand shop drawings and MEP coordination</li><li>Good leadership and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Experience in commercial, office, and retail fit-out projects</li><li>Knowledge of authority approvals and site compliance</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
