Fit Out Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Site Engineer with strong knowledge in interior fit-out works to manage and supervise projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
• Coordinate with design team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Handle site inspections, snagging, and quality control
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics
• Liaise with consultants and authorities (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.)
• Prepare site reports and progress updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Fit-Out (UAE experience mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and detailing
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and MEP coordination
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in commercial, office, and retail fit-out projects
• Knowledge of authority approvals and site compliance
