Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time on-site Mechanical (HVAC) Site Engineer to oversee and manage HVAC construction activities. The candidate will ensure all mechanical works are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with project specifications and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities include supervising HVAC installations, coordinating with project teams, managing site resources, and resolving on-site challenges. The role also involves coordination with civil and structural teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC site works

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, FCU, AHU, ventilation)

• Proven ability to manage and supervise on-site HVAC activities

• Expertise in quality control and adherence to project timelines

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good understanding of MEP and site execution

• Efficient in managing manpower and materials

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• UAE experience is an advantage

• Experience in construction/MEP companies preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
