Hiring: Civil Engineer – Facilities Management (UAE)

Al Bonian Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to be part of our dynamic and professional team for high-rise and community projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities in line with FM standards

• Coordinate Hard FM (structural, MEP support, building fabric) and Soft FM (finishes, minor interiors, common areas) works

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance using CAFM systems

• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality checks ensuring compliance with ISO and UAE regulations

• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and BOQs for civil maintenance works

• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and FM teams to ensure timely completion of work orders

• Monitor HSE compliance and enforce site safety standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in civil works within a Facilities Management company in the UAE

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience in high-rise or community FM projects

• Knowledge of UAE building codes, ISO FM standards, and CAFM systems

• Valid UAE Driving License
