Assistant Civil Engineer (Minimum 4 Years Experience)

Location: Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years (Dubai Experience Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with at least 4 years of Dubai experience to manage and oversee construction projects. The candidate must hold relevant certifications and have strong knowledge of authority regulations and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, coordinate, monitor and supervise construction projects to ensure the timely completion of the projects

-Co-ordinate with Local Authorities for clearances and directly report to the management as applicable

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for site progress and resolve technical issues as applicable

-Review drawings, BOQs technical documents and ensure the compliance with the local authorities

-Conduct site inspections quality checks, prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates

-Manage approvals, shop drawings, method statements and other documentation in co-ordination with all stake holders including handing over of the projects

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

-Minimum 4 years of relevant Dubai experience

-Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and authority regulations

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera/MS Project is a plus)

-Strong communication, site management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

-Valid UAE Driving License

- Office work as Q.S

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
